"I suffered several back injury by the time I had surgery later that year comment I was in very bad shape. In addition to the back pain, I have lost feeling in both my right leg and foot comment as well as function in my right foot. The doctors estimated the recovery will take two years. After the surgery I was limit in my mobility and begin to put on weight. Initially I improved it but after one and a half years, my right foot was still not functioning properly. I was walking with a limp, my right leg was noticeably weaker than my left, and my lower back and right leg hurts most days. I had being a baker  but since the surgery, I was not physically strong enough, and I was working in an office. I tried going to the gym on my own to build strength and lose weight, but because I was afraid of reinjury myself, I was not seeing results. I was difficult to stay motivated for a while, it seemed that I had plateaued and was not going to improve. After working with Ravi, I have lost 41 pounds. 6% body fat. Have much more strength and flexibility and have regained most of the feeling in my leg and foot. While I'm not recovered 100% percent, I feel better than I have in several years. I am once again a full-time Baker. The training sessions have not only helped me physically but mentally as well. They help relieve stress and clear my mind."

"As I am a senior citizen, I started having various physical ailments.  At first my somewhat chronic back pain came back .  I though why not continue with Ravi and maybe this back problem could be solved for good.    after several months of concentrated work on the back along with our established personal trainer routine. It worked! The back was strengthened and I,  for some years now, have had no back pain.  I am sure I could not have accomplished this on my own.

Various other joint and muscle problems have occurred since the back problem.  I drive an old car around the streets of San Francisco which has no power brakes.  My knee started bothering me.  I would go to concerts and if I did not have the ability to stretch out my leg, it would start giving me  severe pain.  Ravi and I worked on the knee during our personal training sessions and eventually the pain was gone. I can now attend a four hour opera without having to stretch my leg out into someone else s space beside me.  This is a terrific improvement.  Ravi, with his excellent knowledge of body muscle/bone structure, has been able to make my pains go away permanently.  

Ravi is a reliable, dedicated and  knowledgeable personal trainer.  He gets results and I would highly recommend him. "

"In the fall of 2015 I started working out with Ravi who I met at a Pilates class at my gym. I spoke with him at length about his background, which is extensive, and my goals which were to increase  muscle mass, strength and improve balance and flexibility.  Because he is a good listener and gives his undivided attention to our conversations, he knows and remembers what I want to get out of my workouts and adjusts them accordingly.  

Ravi is very creative at bringing a diversity of balancing and strengthening exercises to our sessions which keeps them interesting.

When doing the exercises he is constantly walking around me checking my technique to make sure I'm performing each exercise correctly, have the correct stance, that my back  is in proper position, head and neck properly aligned, etc.  

Ravi has an amazing amount of knowledge about plants,  healthy lifestyle choices,  proper nutrition, homeopathy, healing and bringing the body into better “balance”. 

In the six months that I've been working with Ravi my body has become leaner and has more muscle.  I have better balance and flexibility plus much more information now about healthy living.
